ORGANIZATION MANDATE: The NB South Central Transition House & Second Stage Coalition was formally founded in January 2009 in response to the need for consistent, effective networking and service provisions. The coalition is a network of transition houses and second stage houses in NB based on the feminist principals of justice, equality and peace dedicated to the elimination of violence against women and their children through awareness raising and by working to ensure quality services designed to empower and support women.
Primary Goals: To ensure that transition houses, second stage programs are available to abused women and children; to educate the community about the issues of violence against women and children and, support the needs of abused women and children.
How are we fundedThe South Central Transition House & Second Stage Coalition Inc. is a non-profit network operating on annual membership dues and small grants. All donations are welcome!
